YOUTH PLAYER AGE DIVISIONS/BIRTH YEAR AND SEASON MATRIX

Starting with the 2026–27 season/registration year, US Youth Soccer will move to an August 1–July 31 age-group formation cycle to better align players with their school-grade peers and support a more inclusive experience. This cycle will be used for all USYS league and Cup competitions in 2026–27 (including National Championships, Presidents Cup, and National League).
