Program Administrator

Full-Time:  40 hours/week

Summary

Eastern New York Youth Soccer Association (ENYYSA) is seeking a full-time Program Administrator who will report to the Operations Director.  Responsibilities will be to manage The State Cup Competitions which consist of two cups: The US Youth Soccer Eastern NY State Championship and ENY Challenge Cup. Additional responsibilities will include coordinating registration for coaching courses and out of state players, along with office administrative duties.

Responsibilities

  • State Championship:
    • Manage and schedule State Cup games
    • Coordinate with GOTSOCCER system
    • Manage all referee reports
    • Participate in Regional and National virtual meetings, if applicable.
    • Coordinate with committee
  • Coaching Education:  Work with the Director of Coaching Education to coordinate Coaching Instruction Courses
  • Manage Out of State Registrations
  • Administrative duties
    • File
    • Answer phones
    • Respond to inquiries

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing or Public Relations
  • Computer skills (including typing) are a must, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Youth Soccer knowledge a plus

NOTE:  Travel to Regional and National Competitions (June and July) on hold due to COVID.

Social Media Administrator

Part-Time:  20 hours/week

Summary

Non-Profit organization seeks an individual who can enhance our brand and build strong online communities through our various social media platforms. The administrator will be responsible for developing and administering social media content that is designed to engage users and create an interactive relationship between the association and its viewers.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor the company's social media accounts
  • Website maintenance (posting and updates)
  • Analyze the long-term needs of the company's social media strategy and offer monthly reports that outline any necessary changes
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing or Public Relations
  • Computer skills (including typing) are a must, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • In-depth understanding of social media and management software
  • Experience utilizing social media, Facebook, twitter and web pages
  • Graphic design
  • Youth Soccer knowledge a plus
