US Soccer Grants
U.S. Soccer is pleased to announce that, through the generous support of the U.S. Soccer NYC Development Council and other local donors, you may be eligible to receive scholarship funding to help you advance to your next USSF coaching course.
Coaching candidates for the NYC Coaching Education Scholarship Programcan receive the following financial aid for in-person courses:

To apply, candidates should log in and follow directions at the U.S. Soccer Learning Center (USSLC).
The U.S. Soccer Coaching Education Department will review all applications, and the NYC Development Council will support the final selection of scholarship recipients based on the criteria below:
- Financial need
- Personal statement (250 words)
- Letter of recommendation (from Club leadership or colleague, on Club letterhead)
In addition to need, candidates will be evaluated on the quality of their personal statement and letter of recommendation. B License candidates must also apply and be selected as part of the regular course application process.
Scholarship recipients must participate in their next course within 12 months of receiving notification of their award, which will be announced in mid-October.
This scholarship program is a pilot coaching education program currently specific to the NYC region.
