Eastern New York Youth Soccer Association member teams can now get an instantly approved travel authorization form right here on our web site.
One form covers travel authorization for:
- Travel Authorization for US Youth Soccer Sanctioned Events
- Travel Authorization to participate in other US Soccer affiliated events, providing the team attending is a US Youth Soccer registered team.
NOTE: Permission to Travel is NOT required to travel to tournaments within Region 1 -- Connecticut, Delaware, Pennsylvania, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York West, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia and West Virginia.
Before you enter the system, be sure you know who has sanctioned the tournament you plan to attend.
The ENYYSA Travel Authorization system is easy to use.
1. Fill in the data online
2. After ensuring your data is correct, hit the submit button.
3. Your Travel Authorization form approved by ENYYSA will be sent to the email address you specified.
4. Then use your emails print function to print out your copy of the authorization.

In using the ENYYSA Travel Authorization System, you will be agreeing to the following: a) the information provided in the travel authorization is accurate; b) all players who are rostered to your team are age eligible, properly registered with ENYYSA and meet all other requirements of ENYYSA and the event to which your team is applying; c) your team is properly registered and rostered according to the rules and regulations of US Youth Soccer, ENYYSA, and the league named in the permit, and your team complies with all of ENYYSA team and player registration rules; d) your team is not under suspension or in bad standing with any organization. Violation of the agreement could result in disciplinary action taken against either the team, coach, or both.
Once you have the Travel Authorization form, sign the form and take the form to the tournament/event your team is attending. It is that easy.
A reminder to all teams planning travel outside the U.S.: A team that intends to travel outside the United States must secure permission to travel from both ENYYSA and U.S. Soccer. These forms and instructions are available on the U.S. Soccer web site.
