The tournament will be held at various sites close to the Poughkeepsie, NY area in the Hudson Valley.

The tournament is open to all USSF affiliated teams, such as State ODP (playing up one year), league ODP (Select), premier and club teams. This includes USYSA and US Club. Last year's event was a sellout and had almost 200 teams.

Each team is guaranteed four 60-minute games. The game format will be round robin with a minimum of two games per day. There will be a three-man referee system for each game. Awards will be given out to first- and second- place teams in each division.

The age groups are Boys and Girls Under-9 through U-19.

There are two entry fees.

For U-11 through U-19 (full-sided games), the fee is $550.

For U-9 through U-11 (developmental, 9 v 9), the fee is $425.

U-11 teams will be given the option of playing full-sided (11 v 11) or developmental (9 v 9) games.

The entry deadline, which includes payment is July 1.

No team will be accepted until payment has been received. Payment received does not guarantee acceptance.

The EHYSL reminds teams that they must be registered with an USSF-affiliated League. Rosters for U-9 through U-11 developmental teams are limited to 14 players, U-11 and older full-sided teams are limited to 18 players and may include up to five properly registered and insured guest players. All USYSA teams outside Eastern New York must present an approved application to travel form before they will be allowed to participate.

Notice of acceptance or non-acceptance will be made as soon as possible. Once a team is notified of acceptance there will be no refund of entry fee. Schedules will be posted on the EHYSL website the week prior to the tournament.
