Jill Tolman of Poughkeepsie, N.Y. and Amanda Luciano of East Islip, L.I. have been named winners of the Jack Bauman Scholarships.

The scholarship, for high school senior girls, is named after the former Eastern New York Youth Soccer Association vice president who is considered the father of girls soccer on Long Island and in Eastern New York. Bauman passed away in 2004. The scholarship was established in 2005.

Tolman and Luciano will be honored by ENYYSA Saturday.

Amy Tillotson of Islip, L.I. and Madeline Rae Hooper were named the 2007 winners of the Patricia Louise Masotto and Brenda Driscoll Scholarships.

A total of 26 players were awarded college scholarships by the Westchester Youth Soccer League, Capital District Youth Soccer League and the Long Island Junior Soccer League during the spring of 2007.

The Westchester Youth Soccer League has three scholarships available for high school seniors who will graduate in June 2008.

Boys and girls players must have participated in the WYSL for at least five season, have a minimum overall grade-point average of 80 and plan on attending a college or trade school.
