The Westchester Youth Soccer League has three scholarships available for high school seniors who will graduate in June 2008.

Boys and girls players must have participated in the WYSL for at least five season, have a minimum overall grade-point average of 80 and plan on attending a college or trade school.

Serious consideration also will be given to well-rounded candidates who have participated in voluntary and/or community service.

The league will award three $1,000 scholarships to applicants who meet the established criteria

Incomplete applications will not be considered. All applicants have the candidates' name and Social Security number on all papers with their applications.

Deadline is May 15, 2008.

The scholarship winners and awards will be presented at the WYSL end of the season meeting on June 50, 2008.
