Eastern New York recommends that if a team does a team website, it should be password protected so to protect the children’s identity.

Other recommendations to keep children safe: 

• Do not post pictures of players on the website, with or without ID of players. 
• Do not post practice time and place of practice on websites.
• Do not place profiles of children on the website.
