IMPORTANT Note: Team Pages are a part of ENYYSA Scheduling System and are not linked with your Registration Application and Roster.
We did extract your contact information from your initial application (coach and contact data were often the same) and that is now what appears on your Team Pages.
YOU ARE ALLOWED 2 TEAM CONTACTS ON YOUR TEAM PAGES
TO ADD AN ADDITIONAL TEAM CONTACT ON YOUR TEAM PAGE:
Person assigned currently on team page must go into the team page with their email and pin number and then may add an additional contact, put in contacts information. If you would like this contact to be able to access and modify information on this team page, click off pin box.
THE NEW CONTACT MUST THEN GO IN FOLLOWING THE DIRECTIONS TO REQUEST PIN NUMBER, AND THEY WILL THEN BE ABLE TO ENTER DATA TO THIS PAGE.
CONTACTS NEEDING TO REVISE INFORMATION :
If you need to modify your phone number , or change your email, you must go into team page with current email and pin number…(Please send this change to your age group coordinator so they will have updated contact information for your team. Click modify button next to contact name…..
if you change your email address, you must request a new pin number.
