Meadowbrook Elementary

Southern State to Exit 25N- Newbridge Road (Route 106 North) Continue North on Newbridge. Cross over Hempstead Turnpike (24) to 2nd light north of Hempstead Turnpike which is Old Westbury Road.  Turn Left.   In a few hundred feet you will see Meadowbrook Elementary School on your left.

East Meadow Field of Dreams

Southern State to Exit 25N- Newbridge Road (Route 106 North) Continue North on Newbridge. Cross over Hempstead Turnpike (24) to 4th light north of Hempstead Turnpike which is Salisbury Park Drive West (look for a Firehouse on your right and a Gas Station on your Left). Turn Left. As soon as you pass the overpass for the Wantagh Parkway, you will see a driveway. Turn Right into the driveway. If you hit the next traffic light, you went too far! The fields are at the bottom of the hill.
