Here are the next steps for those selected to be a member of the 2007/08 Eastern New York Youth Soccer Assn. Boys North Olympic Development Program STATE ODP TEAM. This applies to ther 1991s, 1992s, 1993s, 1994s and 1995s.
Step 1: Register via the Eastern NY Youth Soccer ODP On-Line Registration System by going to the ODP page on this website. Your parent must register you online by November 15.
Our new online registration is fast and easy. You can pay by credit card or via a check sent to the Eastern New York Youth Soccer Assn. office at: ENY-ODP, c/o ENYYSA, 53 North Park Avenue, Rockville Centre, NY 11570. The check should indicate: player’s name, North or South, Boy or Girl, Year of Birth. For example: Rachel Veth, North, Girl, 1993.
Players selected for the ODP STATE TEAM must pay the $400 registration fee and the winter training fee at time of registration, but no later than November 15.
In addition to the player registration fees and winter training fees, later in the year other fees -- for activities like the Region 1 ID Camp, Region 1 Tournament, etc -- will be collected via registering on this on-line system.
Step 2: Submit proof of age, medical release forms, Parent Contract and Player Code of Conduct Forms to your team administrator. After undertaking the initial player and winter training registration and payment, the on-line system will generate an e-mail back to you with links to the following forms to complete and get back to your team administrator at the first winter practice.
- Proof of age...all first-time ODP players must submit a copy of their birth certificate or passport.
- Medical release form: Parents must complete this and attach a copy of the medical insurance card.
- Code of Conduct Form: Each player must complete this form
- Parent Contract: Each parent must complete this form
Step 3: Put the practice/other activities schedule on your calendar.

Then, in early April, as soon as weather permits, we will start outdoor practices. These practices will run on Mondays from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at a site to be determined. All practices are mandatory. Attendance will be kept and unexcused absences will be a cause from dismissal from the team. We do work closely, however, with our clubs and follow these guidelines: ODP practices take precedence over Club practices; club games take precedence over an ODP practice; an ODP game takes precedence over a club practice; a club game takes precedence over an ODP friendly game; ODP tournament games take precedence over a club tournament game; and the regional ID tournament takes precedence over a club tournament.
