Who is insured?
Named Insured Eastern NY Youth Soccer Association, its leagues, clubs, teams, players, coaches, referees, sponsors, Directors and Officers, ODP administrators, Officials and Volunteers with result to liability arising out of their participation in activities sanctioned by Eastern NY Youth Soccer Association.
Player is defined as a soccer player, whether or not registered with the named insured, who participates in a sanctioned activity, while practicing in practices, games, pre and post game activities, related non athletic activities and conduct while on a facility’s premises for events and activities approved, sanctioned, organized or supervised by Eastern NY Youth Soccer Association. Persons participating in practice or tryouts with newly assigned teams are also covered; however, no coverage applies if a current and valid roster of those persons is not provided upon request to the company.
Liability Insurance and Indoor Facilities
Any organization using a nonsanctioned indoor facility, (“pay for play”), must obtain a certificate of liability insurance for the following organizations;
· Your Club
· League
· ENYYSA
ENYYSA will not provide a certificate of liability insurance to the facility. The facility is the primary holder for the liability coverage, where as ENYYSA is secondary.
